A convenient gel to target areas more accurately. 

Massage gel into affected area, leave for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes the majority of the magnesium ions will have been absorbed. 

The gel can be rinsed off straight away or can be left on. I recommend rinsing off at least every second or third day to avoid residual buildup. 

* Avoid using on or around sensitive areas like the eyes. 

* Do not use on broken skin as it may sting.
